They changed them a few times today and we had to call them several times to get them fix the issue. But it seems they use Telus infrastructure and every body know how Telus do the job. In my opinion, Telus is the worst communication company in Canada. Just try to reach some one or use their ultra complicated network of sites, all will result in hours of waiting for a critical issue.
For now, that link is stable and there is no packet lost. I hope what they’ve done was a permanent fix.
